Kerry Hoffman,32, is six foot and one inch tall and used to weight 343 pounds. He has diabetes and constantly enjoyed processed and unhealthy food. He says:“I ate anything that tasted good — chicken wings, pizza, stuffed burgers, tons of sweets and dessert,”
Kerry has daughter. She came into the world short time after his father was died from liver disease.These two life events served as his breaking point, urging him to become healthy.
Today, Kerry has 189 pounds ,what means that he lost 154 pounds. Cycling and triathlons which are now his favorite activities helped him to lose weights. Now, he is enjoying a celebrity treatment because people keep asking him for health advices.
But this is not the most important information. The more important is that Kerry now is healthier than ever. He said that he will always remember when he heard his doctor announcing, “You have officially cured yourself of diabetes.” Also, thanks to the proper diet and physically activities he has no problems with cholesterol and blood pressure, and stopped taking medicines to control his health condition.

He says that , in addition to incorporating fitness into his daily routine, also eliminate junk food from his diet, which he still avoids today. “I eat mainly whole foods. I stay away from processed stuff as much as possible. “I never ate vegetables or salad before, and now two helpings of salad with homemade dressing is a staple every evening, as well as a fresh veggie.” -he said.
