DIY Honey Wraps to Cure Cough and Eliminate Mucus from the Lungs

This natural cure is absolutely efficient! Do you believe that honey wraps can cure common colds in just 1 day!

In the past honey was used to treat common ailments including ulcers, gastric discomforts, skin wounds, and burns.

Nowadays, especially in Canada and UK, honey is often recommended by the doctors as a treatment for coughs and sore throats. This treatment is included for children over 1-year-old. Do you know that homemade remedy of honey and lemon juice taken orally is deemed as effective as dextromethorphan and, even more, effective than diphenhydramine.

The winter always arrives together with coughs and congestion. The medicaments that we use during the flu only mask the symptoms. They cannot do much to heal the problem. Luckily, honey is safe to take orally for those over 1 year of age and safe for topical use for those over 6 months of age.
