A Quick Fix for Oily Hair

You should add 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt to your shampoo and shake the bottle so that the salt dissolves. Then  wet your hair and add a quarter-size doze of the shampoo to your palms.  Rub the palms together to lather the mixture, and after that massage it into the hair`s root and the scalp. Rinse the hair thoroughly and repeat the process.

For moisturizing your hair you should mix equal amounts of Epsom salt and a conditioner.

Other Ways to Use Salt

Natural Leg Scrub: You should to mix a cup of olive oil with two tablespoons of salt and rub it into the legs to get clear, smooth, and soft skin.

Salt Body Scrub: If you have soft and silky skin you should combine together coarse sea salt with 2 teaspoons of coconut oil and stir well. Then, use this mixture to gently scrub your body in a circular motion which will eliminate all the dead skin cells. After you’re done scrubbing, wash your body with a shower gel.

De-Flake Lips: Mix a teaspoon of petroleum jelly with a few tablespoons of Epsom salt and massage the mixture onto the lips.

Balancing Face Mask: If you have a sensitive and easily irritable skin, just mix 2 teaspoons of sea salt and 4 teaspoons of raw honey. Apply the mixture to a dry and clean skin, except for the eye area, and keep it for 10-15 minutes. Then, rinse your face with warm water.

Soothe Sunburn: For this mixture you need a cup of water and two tablespoons of Epsom salt. Mix the ingredients together and spray it onto the sunburn to get a quick relief.

Headaches: If you have headaches you should drink a glass of water with 1 teaspoon of salt.
