You should add 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt to your shampoo and shake the bottle so that the salt dissolves. Natural Leg Scrub: You should to mix a cup of olive oil with two tablespoons of salt and rub it into the legs to get clear, smooth, and soft skin.

Salt Body Scrub: If you have soft and silky skin you should combine together coarse sea salt with 2 teaspoons of coconut oil and stir well. Then, use this mixture to gently scrub your body in a circular motion which will eliminate all the dead skin cells. After you’re done scrubbing, wash your body with a shower gel.
