How the diet menu looks like ?
Breakfast: The breakfast is the same for every day and you should eat an orange, pear, peach, or any other fruit except grapes or bananas.
Lunch: an orange, a boiled egg, glass of yogurt
Dinner: 2 tomatoes or 2 dl of cooked tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, 2 toasted slices of bread, half a cucumber or lettuce
Lunch: an orange, one boiled egg, 200ml of yogurt
Dinner: 125 grams of cooked beef, an orange, a slice of toasted bread, a cup of sugarless coffee or tea
Lunch: a boiled egg, an orange, a cup of yogurt, one cucumber or lettuce salad
Dinner: 125 grams of cooked beef, an orange, one slice of toasted bread, a cup of sugarless tea or coffee with no sugar
Lunch: 125 grams of cottage cheese, a tomato, one slice of toasted bread
Dinner: same as on the 3rd day, 125 grams of cooked beef, an orange, one slice of toasted bread, a cup of sugarless tea or coffee with no sugar
Lunch: 200 grams of cooked meat or fish, a tomato, one slice of toasted bread
Dinner: half a pound of cooked carrots, peas, and potatoes
A few rules about this diet:
1. The vegetables or meat should be cooked with no salt.
2. You should follow the diets for 5 days,then make a brake of 2 days and continue on the 8th day.
3. You should not drink alcohol, it is strictly forbidden.
4. If you have a heart disease, you must consult a cardiologist before starting the diet
